Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Arwyn is an outcome brokerage service operated from Geneva, Switzerland. We act as your agent to pursue financial claims on your behalf. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Our services

Arwyn offers the following services:

Flight delay compensation — flat fee of €89 on success
Rental deposit recovery — flat fee of €199 on success
Salary negotiation — €99 for the negotiation brief, plus €299 on a successful outcome
Insurance claim uplift — 15% of the additional amount recovered, capped at €500

3. No win, no fee

You pay nothing unless we achieve a successful outcome on your behalf. Success is defined as a confirmed financial recovery or agreed uplift attributable to Arwyn's intervention. Once a win is confirmed and you have verified the outcome via our confirmation page, the applicable fee becomes due immediately.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are charged in euros. Payment is collected via Stripe following your confirmation of a successful outcome. All fees are non-refundable once collected. Arwyn reserves the right to update its fee schedule with 30 days' notice.

5. Your responsibilities

By submitting a case, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
You are the rightful claimant or have authority to act on the claim
You will cooperate with Arwyn by providing documents or information we reasonably request
You will notify Arwyn promptly if you receive a settlement or response directly from the counterparty

6. Arwyn's role and limitations

Arwyn acts as your agent, not as guarantor of any outcome. We do not guarantee success. Our drafting of letters and pursuit of claims does not constitute legal representation. For complex legal matters, you should consult a qualified lawyer.

7. Limitation of liability

Arwyn's total liability to you in connection with any case is limited to the fee you have paid for that case. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

8. Data and privacy

We collect and process personal data you provide in order to pursue your claim. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. We retain case data for up to 5 years for record-keeping purposes. For data requests or deletions, contact us at hello@arwyn.xyz. Our processing complies with applicable Swiss and EU data protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
